This was my entry to the 2nd Manga contest sponsored by Wacom-Asia.. It really was a nice experience! not only for the sense of making art with other fantastic artists feels challenging, but also because I really liked the theme a lot ( "My First Love" ) So my concept goes for a melo-dramatic scene of two respectable warriors of rival tribes. Feel free to read the background synopsis below. The Story : Both heir to the throne and so they were trained to be the greatest warriors of their respective tribes, and to become Shadow Walkers (highest level kind of shinobis)..In the time of peace they accidentally met each other, and these two extraordinary fighters felt love for the first time..But soon fate challenge them when their tribes went into some colonial disputes that led their people to begin an unavoidable war..Never before they felt so confused..Who deserves their devotion and worth to be called their real first love? is it their people who mold them,thus giving their trust for protection? or is it each other's heart that hopes for eternal passion ? |
